Yeah the whole falling over bundle keys, I get they're trying to stop abuse, but while doing so, keys gotten other ways get caught in the blastfire. Plus honestly, there's plenty ways to get keys cheap / free if you pay attention: which you obviously have =P
It's always seemed strange to me they would care about the bundles being 'abused' but not other free key opportunities. I understand they can't keep track of everything, but you can hardly fall over it from the left and let it go on the right. So why not let it altogether unless you can see they're abusing the point-system on purpose instead of just simply giving away a game they have a key and no use for.
