My favourite Early Access game is Gnomoria. There doesn't seem to be much progress anymore but it already felt complete 1.5 years ago and now it's more like they are adding additional content every now and then.

I've spent a lot of time in DayZ, with friends is not a game, is an experience.
Anyway zombies are op now, it's like a dark souls with lag and guns, I would wait.
If you are creative, Besiege looks interesting too.
