It seems a little unlikely that a new user will give away three copies of CS:GO, but it's not impossible. Please be aware that calling a giveaway fake is against the rules. I know you probably posted this with the best intentions, but it's probably safer for you to not leave a comment like that.
I'd say it's debatable whether this could be considered calling a giveaway fake or not. I've seen mods commenting under posts like this one. No hard feelings, I just thought it would be nice to let you know, since some members don't know about that rule and end up with a suspension even though they just wanted to be nice to others.
I've seen many people commenting on posts that called GAs fake before, but never seen anyone commenting on those posts for backseat moderating. Good question though.
