I've figured out what "tHoUdEePgHt" is supposed to be, but I can't seem to find what the "implied letters" are... the only two-letter thing that popped up didn't work, and I'm all out of ideas.

Thank you for the hint for the previous puzzle, although it did make me hold my laptop upside down :P

Is the three word phrase some sort of well-known idiomatic expression, or did you simply combine 3 words to make a phrase?

I'm proud that after being stuck over and over in the last two ones, the very last one I found it easily. I'm proud of myself ;)
