Not entirely sure what you are saying. But this is a standalone game, not a DLC.

I know. I have it in my library. And despite all that I'm allowed to enter. Usually it happens to DLCs and games not anymore in Steam Store but some titles are like this one - something is bugged with SteamGifts, perhaps.

Oh, yeah, had that happen to me before too. When that happens I just block it manually.

That happens in cases where "Steam is learning about this game". They're not in the API, so SG won't know you own them even after syncing.
