I know. I have it in my library. And despite all that I'm allowed to enter. Usually it happens to DLCs and games not anymore in Steam Store but some titles are like this one - something is bugged with SteamGifts, perhaps.

That happens in cases where "Steam is learning about this game". They're not in the API, so SG won't know you own them even after syncing.
