No there's no way to play locally or any other way. Basically at this point, this game is just a +1 and I don't even think Steam will count it as such.

Dunno man, I have a little stockpile of unused keys. I don't need them, so I decided to dump them here. Most games are pure trash and some of them gives +1 to account and rarely gives steam cards. I received this games in some Gleam giveaways 3-5 years ago.
