How to solve the situation. I have no reason to create manipulations with the key to such a game and I also prefer to think that this is a mistake, not a false act from your side. Perhaps you can solve the problem with the store where the key is purchased or maybe you want to cancel the gift?
It has been more than a week since the end of the GA and a week after my questions, unfortunately, according to the rules I have to put the label "not received" (at least until the situation is clarified). I also agree to the removal of this GA (if this is the first time this is the case).
