You might end up with a bad mark against your account if the winner doesn't agree to reroll or delete if it fails ...

Perhaps you could look up in the forums for this game and see what the EU key likely has regions for.

Can the winner reveal and try out the key, and if it doesn't work there is still the possibility to reroll, even if the key has been revealed to the winner?

Sure, to my understanding (probably), but then you rely on the integrity of everyone who reveals the key, and this is a public listing with no limiters. There's a lot of bots and stuff.

Could delete giveaway and make it EU only. That seems safe... Unless you don't know if it's EU.

I'd say it's ok to risk it and keep it running, and depending on the impression of the winner, after possibly an exchange of messages, to either reroll (if the winner seems trustworthy) or delete the giveaway.

I thought the faq said you need winner's permission to delete giveaway once one is chosen. So better to delete before a win and redo the giveaway. Whatever, just trying to reduce problems.
