Got this as a giveaway with Into the Breach.
It's pretty basic to look at but the gameplay is incredibly rich and tactical. This is real time rogue-like that can be treated more like a turn-based game because you can pause at will.
You will watch a lot of your ships break apart in the inky blackness of space, often after a heart-breakingly long run, but you will load up another craft and try to reach that final boss battle one more time..it's addictive as hell.
