It's that time of the year again, Steamgifts!
Fishing Vacation is a Gameboy-style horror game about fishing at an isolated cabin with your friend. It's got some spooky pixel art, but no jumpscares or the like, so it's a good one if you like a few chills without giving up your sleep for the night.
Thank yous are always welcome, but if you'd like to answer a question instead: what was your favourite kind of candy or other treat to get while trick-or-treating as a kid?

Looks great, think I'll buy it so thanks for the heads up.
Also thank you for letting me know there are no jumpscares - always a concern for me with horror.

There is one moment where you're left looking at a window (while someone is recalling something unnerving that happened to them last night), and you do see something, but you're expecting it to happen so I didn't count it. Hope you enjoy it if you get it!

Oh yeah, that bit was fine. I just don't want to spend the entire time I'm playing worrying about something jumping out.
I really enjoyed the aesthetic (though not all the damn tin cans), ended up with ending B on my first playthrough and haven't yet summoned the will to start again. Ta

I always loved the chewy fruity things (Skittles, Dots, Twizzlers, etc) and still do! Halloween is always a chocolate overload, so the variety was nice.
How 'bout you?

oh and for the question, we sadly dont have halloween in my country so i never had trick-or-treat candy but this year a brand launched a pumpkin flavored candy for halloween and i bought it immediately, it became my favorite instantly, its not that cinnamony but has real pumpkin taste!

That sounds delicious! Sorry you didn't win this time, but hopefully in the future it gets bundled or something and there will be more chances. :)
