Read this carefully:

1) These keys might not work, I've had them on an old USB drive for years now.

2) This game was abandoned in early access years ago by it's developer. It's also a multiplayer game with no player base. It's essentially unplayable. You should only enter this contest if you're one of those people who have to have every possible Steam game. If you win this game, all you're really getting is an additional listing on your Steam account.
