Glad to hear tahat you like the gift! I've played the first part of The Witcher many years ago, but I remember it despite that probably more than 10 years have passed since that. Nowadays the games are slightly different, but TW1 has it's original climate and for sure it's worth giving a try. I'm also thinking about completing the game for the second time after a years, but I'm not hurrying with that.
