Having anything from the pack and then entering the giveaway breaks the "Don't enter for games you already own" rule, but there are exceptions to that rule. Those exceptions are up to the giveaway creator as he/she can decide if the winner can own something included in the pack.
There are no exceptions for owning all the games and it will be rerolled in that situation.
