I am having an error while trying to activate the key. Steam says it needs a previous product to be activated before I can activate this one. As far as I know, this game does not need anything previous to be activated. Would you please take a look? Maybe the key provided is for one DLC of the game and not the game itself

I thought you were talking with the store support where you bought the key, not the Steamgifts support.

Steamgifts support will just tell you to provide a working key for the game or ask for the giveaway to be deleted.

I would suggest you to check if the key provided fits the game you made the GA, then ask the store where you bought it about the problem and, if they can not help you, ask for the GA to be deleted, as it ended already one week ago.
