I love root beer. Not a particular kind, mind you, though I have my favorites. They're all mostly pretty good, though occasionally there's one or two that are just underwhelming. I particularly like local/small circulation kinds, because I enjoy the unique flavors, though I often chug down whatever factory swill is available.

I don't drink a whole lot of soda, but I like more strange flavors when I can find them. For a common drink at a restaurant I'm usually having to pick Dr. Pepper. If I am in the mood for sodas I like Jarritos since they have some very odd sodas and they aren't extremely high in sugar compared to others. I like the tamarind and the pineapple flavored ones a good bit.
