The base game was given away through Humble recently and cannot be given away right now. Support removed it from the list of available giveaways, which is something they do until they can update the system to reflect its new status (which is to give giveaway creators 0 CV, since the game was given away for free). If this is the base game, you can delete this giveaway to avoid problems (giving away the wrong edition of the game, relative to the key can result in you getting a suspension).
