I hate being that guy, but here what it says in the guidelines:

The thing is that a lot of people don't read descriptions, especially bots (duh). If they win and can't activate the gift, they'll mark it as non-received and, technically, will be right. If I were you, I'd rather ask mods to delete this giveaway, create a private one and give it away on the forums, where people actually read stuff.
