It's a bug in the Steam store API. Because this game is part of a package that is on sale for less than the cost of the game itself, when SG asks Steam how much the game costs, Steam says $59.99 (the non-sale price of the package) rather than $19.99 which is the price of the game.
When the sale ends on 12 December, the value on SG will return to 20P. And it'll only count as 20P given and 20P won for those involved. :)

Probably just a bug with Steam API (like Darksiders is 0P). Should be fixed soon.
