Hmmm, that is quite weird. Have you tried redeeming it again, after the 30 minutes? Because otherwise, I do not have other keys from this game. I'll see what I can do, as this is the first time one of my keys does this.

i've seen this message a few times before and it normally ment that the key didn't work at all
yesterday i tried it a couple more times later with the same result, tried it again just now and it worked!
