reroll please

For two months the key was not given. Today there was an alert about the win in the SG list, and on the page of this giveaway there is now a note about the reroll. What is it, the problem of the site or the fault of the author of giveaway?

Why does the author of giveaway have one account, and a week later they ask for a re-roll from a completely different account?

It's not good to tell a lie, dear. Okay, let it be as it is. Life is wonderful. I can attach screenshots of that time, but it's clearly not worth it. Best regards :-)
