No, it will be removed from the list for some time and restored later with 0 CV. But for now it shouldn't be given away.
Currently free games are getting temporarily disabled. If some users manage to create giveaways before they are disabled is doesnt really matter. Because when its added back its 0 CV from when it was free so this gives no CV no matter what.
