UPDATE: Apparently the original guy who gave me it instead gifted me the "F2P" version, not sure what it'll actually do. Perhaps it gives a "premium" account like having a purchased version of TF2? I'm pissed at that guy now :\

nope, it does nothing. Well it adds it permenantly to your library so even when you uninstall it it's still listed there as greyed out instead of being removed completely. But nothing useful
