there are 2 versions of FALL OF THE SAMURAI

1st is an expansion for total war: shogun 2

2nd is this Total War Saga which is stand alone expansion not the same thing

FOTS has always been a standalone but you´re right, there´s a difference - Saga version already includes all DLC (except Blood Pack ofc).

They actually bundled all the old keys retroactively for people that already owned FotS (I know this because I got all the DLC for Shogun 2 but didn't have FotS) and then did away with the old model and just forced everyone to buy the complete package.

So if this is truly just a FotS key I'm actually rather interested to see if it gets the free upgrade bundle like all the other old keys or if it'll work just like a standard key and force you to shell out $ for the DLC.)

Just thought it was worth pointing out that at one time FotS was broken into Game/DLC but it's all one package now. Most of the titles in this generation of Total War games got the upgrade, Empire/Napoleon/Shogun 2/and of course Fall of the Samurai.
