That dlc is not worth having, even if OP allows you to enter please don't take someone's chance of enjoying 5-6 hours of story content for a few useless items and skins.
Bro, I think this is only a decision of giveaway's creator. He/she is the one that is giving that gift altruistically, so if he/she is ok with giving it to someone that has partial content, our opinion does not matters at all.
I beg to differ. Asking someone to consider other point of view does matter. While it doesn't bound anyone into anything, it allows for more informed and thought of decisions.
That is not only an opinion, it is a point of presure to force someone to quit the giveaway making her/him feel bad for "wasting" some content of the giveaway. Someone can enjoy much more a simple cosmetic DLC that other could, for example, enjoy the full experience of all DLC's (and other can even never use it at all after winning).
If I create a giveaway, I don't like to see someone saying to other person they should exit. The creator is the only person that should have opinion in that. Also, using the same arguments, noone should ever enter in a giveaway for a complete version of a game if he/she alredy have base game, because that always means you are "wasting" main content of the giveaway.
By saying "The creator is the only person that should have opinion in that" you are basically arguing against freedom of speech. And if opinion like the above makes you feel bad, then you must agree with it to some extent, at least subconsciously. If you deemed opinion entirely wrong, why should you be bothered by it?
Really you're talking about freedom of speech in that situation? Imagine I do a party in my house and I invite a lot of people. I buy snacks, food and beberage for my guests. Now imagine that one of my guests feels entitled to say to another one: "hey, you have eaten and drunk too much, you should stop and leave the party". What right do he has to say that to my guest? In my house? With the food and drink I've bought? He feel with right to bother my other guests?
The creator is the only one that should have opinion about which requirements someone should meet to enter the giveaway. Challenger885 has asked respectfully to her/him, and I think noone but the creator has the rights here to say him to quit or not (even though everyone else can have her/his own opinion about that subject, and all are perfectly respectable).

I guess our perception is quite different. I'm not going to further argue over a trivial issue. I'll just point out that you went far into details of your opinion in an issue you yourself claimed nobody here except creator is allowed to voice an opinion. And your opinion is, according to your opinion, a point of pressure to make us feel bad for voicing an opinion where you think we shouldn't.

And no, I was not trying to make you feel bad: I was trying to make you see you were crossing the line, because it was not your giveaway and, so, it was not your decision or choice to choose who should or who should not enter.

But I suppose it might be a cultural thing. Here where I live no one would be offended by such opinion in RL, but trying to shun it would be met with a lot of public hate.
Entry is usually not allowed if you have more than half the value of the package. Unless otherwise stated by the creator. This is acceptable to most users.
Had this thing on my wishlist since forever and always used it as one of my excuse why to delay the playthrough, but procrastination is over! :D
