probably check for dlcs is not perferct at steamgifts ;)

Steamgifts isn't capable of checking your account for DLC"s owned, just games, it's why you can own this item and still enter,, it's why complete editions of games will still pop up even when you own them.. best to just hit the ignore button on any DLC you own so they won't show up again
