You are having some issues activating the key and we see the giveaway creator has commented:

And we in support just wanted to make sure you are aware that deletion is not the only solution. Whenever there are issues with a key, the giveaway creator's options are:

1. Provide an unrestricted copy to the winner.
2. Accept the giveaway as "Not Received."
3. Ask for winner's permission to delete the giveaway.

In order to delete, the creator needs permission from the winner. Winner is never obligated to give the permission, but it is explicitly required if the creator wants to delete. The default is to mark as "Not Received" but winners can agree as a courtesy to have a giveaway deleted if they wish.

Sorry, i assumed the region restriction was a Russia/Belarus issue, making keys there unobtainable as far as i can see since the start of the war.

Is your Steam profile location accurate? In that case i actually think i can fix the key. But i would like a confirmation before trying. Thanks.
