I had 2 key copies I got from some time ago and just saw that, imagined that both would work. Created 2 giveaways and the other one went well and the winner received the prize. I'm really sorry for hearing that your's didn't work! :l.

I can check "Not recieved", but only a week later. I don't know what disadvantages you get for your account if I do this.
