If you mean feedback about the game from people who win the giveaway, don't get your hopes up. This site is notorious for bots who enter giveaways for every possible game only to idle them for cards and never touch them again. I can't say that the higher giveaway limit is specifically for increasing the chance that a human who wants to play the game will win...but it would help in that regard. As for other ways to curb bots, you could make an Invite Only giveaway and make a post in the Discussion forum to put the giveaway link (maybe even behind a simple "puzzle" like "IpV-x, replace - with C"); or you could make an SG Tools filter (with basic rules like "hasn't won the same game twice"), put the Invite Only giveaway link behind your SG Tools filter, then put the link to your SG Tools filter in your discussion thread...assuming you're willing to go the extra mile (and I'm not sure if any specific SG Tools filter is completely bot-proof).

And if a human does win, keep in mind that lots of users here have huge backlogs, so even if the winners are the type to review a game, it may take them a while to start playing in the first place (personally, I'm over a year behind, currently on Wings of Vi). That said, you can also make Group giveaways, and there are Steam Groups with rules that winners have to play their wins in a certain amount of time or they get kicked from the group. That would get your game played faster on top of weeding out most (if not all) bots, but of course, it would also cut out lots of real humans who'd be interested in playing, like me.
