Umm, hello... :) You might want to check the Steamgifts Guidelines, since it sounds like you're giving away a code that's not for Steam? We can only make giveaways that redeem on Steam here...

All giveaways should be for Steam redeemable gifts or Steam redeemable keys.

Some people give away non-Steam things in the forum, or ask if any of their friends would like it, but if you click the "Create a New Giveaway" button it's got to be something the winner can use in the "Activate a Product on Steam..." window. Good luck... :)
