Question: you mean this cannot be activated outside of Russia+CIS? I ask since you did not seem to select any region restrictions when you created the giveaway -- was it an oversight?

Hello, Thexder! Yes, gift can activated for Russia and CIS only. I linked it but seems site umarks it when I confirm giveaway.
