Hi Momekato. Since we can't reply to User Reports, I'm responding to your ticket here.
Rather than making a ticket, you should get in contact with the gifter to see if they can sort things out. Mistakes happen, and they may not even be aware of the region lock, I've been in that situation myself with some Capcom keys. Either way, by contacting them, it means they might be able to replace it. They might also request permission to delete if they don't believe they can do that.
