My previously done GA's are won by People like: 100 Games won, 1 Given Away, Member since 2 Years.
If you are close to that, or have never done a GA in the years you are a part of this awesome community, you will get Blacklisted instantly when Joining this GA.
At last, this isn't a fake Giveaway, the winner will receive the Key, whatever stats he has.

I tried making similar rules/requests on my giveaways, but people ignored them, and in this case support is on their side in not providing rerolls for public GAs with custom criteria. That's why I recently started using SGTools, which lets you set custom criteria, and checks entrants before entering.

Yea someone added me trough steam and told me some like that. also about an "invation link" so only people can join by using this link ect.. Think i have to Checkout this SGTools :D

Hi, I just wanted to say that I have read your description and I understand what you're saying, but in my case, there have been a number of factors that have led me to not be able to give away games: my region was added to the steam store, and with it came region locks, and my region (South Africa) is not listed for giveaways (I also don't believe in supporting region locks, so I would rather not anyway, there aren't many in my region on here who can benefit from it), paypal was also removed as a payment option, and my currency has devalued by 66% to the dollar in a single year, so buying from other sites in dollars is too expensive most of the time. I buy most of my games with wallet funds I get from selling items on the market.
I just hope you can see the other side of the coin here. I think the spirit of the site should be giving to the less fortunate. There are giveaways for contributors as well in order to thank them, though I feel it's like pseudo trading. When the above things get better, I will be contributing again (with public, level 0 giveaways), but for the moment I won't be.

I have seen that thread before and it is good if you're not region locked. I've actually tried to contact steam support to change my account back to US/Global since I was buying everything with my wallet funds anyway (and most new AAA games are cheaper in stores here anyway), but it seems I can't do that without buying something with a US bank account, which I don't have. I need to try get into trading I suppose, but it takes so much time to go through the mountains of threads... I mean if you were willing I would be quite willing to trade sufficient cards to get a bundle or 2 of those to give away.
Edit: TG was blocked in my region until recently, I'm not sure when it was unblocked, but today I checked and I can use it. A lot of things are broken, however, including the games, but I managed to watch a few videos. Maybe I will be able to get some games there after all! :D
