Thanks for the GA :o)
I advice you to set a minimum level for your future GA's.
Easy solution to hold the worst rulesbreakers, win resellers, autojoiner user and bots outside.
Each one that gifted ONE game are at least lvl 1. Everyone can reach that without a problem.
And besides that it lowers the cases of problems with your winners.
You can check your winners with:

If someone have red marks there request a reroll and put the link(s) into the support ticket.
Have a nice day :o)

Thanks, but that's the opposite of my intention here. I just want to get rid of hundreds of keys that would go to waste otherwise. Some have been sitting on a spreadsheet for over a yr and I'd hate to just delete them when someone else can enjoy the games instead. I'd paste them on Steam forums but then people keep complaining when someone uses it and don't post a comment.
Also, I entered thousands of giveaways and even won one before I even considered adding my keys, so why would I make people gift anything in order to get a gift from me? That'd be hypocritical.

I like that you want to give the games away and not want to delete them.
If you are unsure as a key is still working then i advice the "Ninja Retreat" group because at public GA's the people must not accept a deletion of the Ga if the sended key is not ok. So maybe you are forced to buy keys to replace that ones then OR get a "not recieved" entry and after a bunch of them a punishment from the support.
At the NR group the people accept the fact of deletions with enterng the group (i am sure you find the group at the group recruit threads).
Why = only to sort out the baddest apples Not directed at the level only the % of people that break the GA rules and make trouble/work for the giver direct before the start ;o)
To say it clear:
It is complete your decission how you handle your GA's.
