That's right, I didn't activate Biology Battle at first time I was here and gifted it, I didn't know how this site worked. I was reported so I was a week banned. This happened a few time ago, nearly a year. Since that I receive few games without any problem and I gift a lot too. I don't know if this incident will be permanent for me but I served sentence.

You may have had your slap on the wrist, but you haven't undone what you did.
That game has been on sale several times on Steam alone, up to 80% off, and dozens of times on other sites, since you re-gifted what you were generously given.
It's been in a bundle six times since you re-gifted the copy you were lucky enough to win.
Or you could just buy the game at full price.
You've had ample opportunity to fix your mistake.

Ok, I didn't know that I could buy the game in other way and that could solve the problem. Just bought the game and activated it.

Either I was not there or I already had them. No idea it's been a while so. Space Farmers I have a gift but it's region lock so I can't activate it. The other one I have no idea

I can see that you were deceived with the region-locked copy of Space Farmers, but if you mark a gift as received when you were unable to activate it, then it's on you. You could have rejected the gift, returned the gift, or marked it as not received, but you chose not to.
Regarding Ampersand, having no idea isn't any kind of explanation. You marked is as received, whatever happened.
Both these games have been on sale and even bundled many times. Fix the black marks on your record is easily and cheaply done. If you decide you don't care, expect people to brand you a cheater.
