Life is Strange 2 Complete Season is not in the search bar when I was creating the giveaway for the key. Only the Complete Edition for the first game was the closest match.

the base game is free, you can add it to your library : on steam store page, click on "install" then a new page says that it's added to your library and you can skip the insall.
Remember to sync you SG account and voila!

You can't enter giveaways for DLC if you don't own the base game. While the "base game" (episode 1) is free, it still must be manually added to your library
