Game was revoked years ago. It was now that winner realized it's an issue for SG, that a game marked as "Received" is not on account; and then it took us few months to process their request. Ticket queue for this kind of feedback issues is always long.

Otakubundle sadly turned out to be more than unreliable. They were not paying devs for keys they supplied, and then devs were revoking keys. Quite a bit of games were affected by it.

Wow yeah cheers I'd never read they were doing that. As I said glad I only buy Humble and Fanatical now, although they've had their problems too.
Thanks for your work on the site, probably under appreciated by most but I know it must be a pain and time consuming.
