Yes, but if it's region-locked to SEA, then the giveaway needs to be fixed so that non-SEA folks can't enter.

But that's just a guess by the OP, not supported by people definitely being able to activate it globally. I hope it is, though.

Also, ROW (Rest Of World) is not the same as WW (World Wide). ROW can have region restrictions.

No region lock mentioned, so I'm guessing it's ROW and could be activated anywhere.
