you won one of my games some days ago and I wanted to ask if everything is okay with it since I've seen you online quite some times already but you still didn't activate/mark it as reiceve?

I herby inform you that I just removed the key and asked the support to grant a reroll.
Since you were online multiple times (quite often when I checked to be precise) and didn't even took the time to either activate the game or answer my question I came to the conclusion that this step was necessary.

I was on a business trip, when I'm away i sometimes open to enter giveaways in my free time but i dont check the rest as i cannot redeem on my phone.

I sent the key again and closed the ticket :)
Like I said, I just removed the key because I saw you were marked as online and yet didn't check the key in 7days so I contacted the support.
I'm glad that this will be unnecessary :P
