You recently got rerolled for a gift of Creature Clicker - Deluxe Pack but because of a bit of miscommunication with the support. I fear that the key may already be activated by the previous rule-breaking winner.
Would you be ok with deleting the giveaway if that turns out to be the case?
I did send the key to the previous winner but I'm not sure if he managed to activate it or not. I told the support that I sent the key by mistake but they re-rolled it anyway. I'm just wondering if you'd be ok with deleting the giveaway if the key turns out to be used already.
Okay I just used it and it says duplicate. How do I go about deleting it? That's the part I don't get. I'm sorry that happened to you. It sucks when things get fudged up.
I will make a ticket to have it deleted. I just needed your permission first. It's apparently not a big deal with a not delivered gift according to support but I'm a bit uhm... not sure what to call it so let's just say that I think it looks bad :P
Sucks a bit to have a giveaway that has been fulfilled deleted but I'm partly to blame myself. I should stop administrating gifts and stuff late at night lol
