Agreed. Faster than Light is a great game but I must admit that I never beat the final boss.

FTL was a good game but the RNG made it annoying for me. Did manage to complete it though :-)

FTL would have been one of my favorite games ever if only it was balanced better. It was overly reliant on RNG for everything, from winning some fights to getting events needed for unlocking new ships. So I just gave up from it after a while.

I did hear that this game is a lot more balanced though, so definitely interested.

I had the same experience as ChibiCthulhu, but I'm intrigued by what I read about this one.

Yeah same here - "From the makers of FTL" and gameplay that's right up my alley. Bought it on day 1 (something which I basically never do nowadays) and all the other games went to the side until I got all the achievements. Great game. :)

Thanks for this WL Game Battlemechs are a MUST HAVE.
I played FTL and liked it but the random aspect is very big ... so i don't came really far. Will play it for sure more but it is nothing for everyday with the frustration factor sometimes ;)
