Region restricted to: Brazil, India, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Vietnam.

I'm not sure If I fully understood how the Steam cross-region gift restrictions work, but just to be safe I'm locking out all countries charging 10% above the brazilian price.
Please help me out in the comments in case I didn't get it right.
