I won a game, and I have an extra now so I figure I'll spread the love! The Plantation included with this DLC is awesome. Tropico 4 is awesome. Kalypso Support is awesome. If you don't own it, buy it! Great game.
I didn't enter for this, but I don't even own Tropico 4 and it says I can enter. Is it a bug with the site? I do own Tropico 3. Perhaps it sees that and "thinks" I own it?

The confusion here stems from a problem with how Steam deals with DLC, some list as being separate products, some list under the hierarchy of the base game. There is nothing cg can really do to handle all the quirks.
So far I've been kinda disappointed with Tropico 4, everything is the same as Tropico 3. Hopefully the later stages of the game are deeper and more satisfying.
