Ah Casuel... I've received the game, but apparently it's Restricted - It can only be added to a Steam Library if the account is based in Turkey...

Steam Gifts Support said "What you need to do is send the region restricted game back to the giveaway creator and mark it "Not Received." He will then need to provide you with a ROW version of the game that you will be able to activate to your account."
I have returned it via Steam.

That version is region restricted to Turkey. It can Only be activated on an account based in Turkey. According to Steamgifts, you need to send me one Not Restricted.
