how come some cannot get the game? you can't use mouse and keyboard? its 100% discount sale ....

To level up in this site you have to gift games, you know right? When you level up you get a wider variety of games that you couldn't get in the last level. This is a reward to users who ACTUALLY PAY games to gift them. This guy instead is just getting an opportunity of getting better games from levelling up with free games, and THAT is not okay.
Most of the games he gave away on this site (If not all of them) were given for free on other sites.

So NOW you tell me.
Is it an harm if he basically can get access to better giveaways meant for those who paid money to give people games they couldn't get/afford?

(and btw i once almost accidentally gave away a free game, but when people told me i cancelled it, 1/2)
