A DoW2 Retribution key from polish retail version I had lying around. I bought the pack just for the promotional T-shirt, as I already own and prize the game. I do believe it's not region locked; it's not Russia here, it was bought for euros, etc. Just sayin'. Good luck ;)

DoW2 is very good, indeed, although I slightly prefer the vanilla 2 and CR over Retribution.
But have you tried the oldie-but-goodie Chaos Gate? Except for the totally-not-one-of-the-heretical-Dark-Angels-Legion-saboteur commander Kruger and a bit screwed up diagonal movement calculation, it's no words short of "sweet". Captures the grittiness of astartes-to-astartes combat wonderfully; you'll see for yourself. It's hard to get to work on non-museal computers though, but if you get it, come back to ask and I'll explain with joy.
On the final thought - nothing beats 40k LARPing, but the good kind ;>
