I don't know for sure, but sadly it seems pretty obvious. She has been speaking about having an advanced cancer, for which the only hope was some kind of experimental therapy. She also spoke about her anxiety about the future of her kid daughter, that she has been raising alone. And then she disappeared without a word, her Twitch channel has been deleted and for quite a while her account on Steam has been inactive.

Now someone is again using it. A few months ago I've got a game on her wishlist and I've send her a key for it. Got back a dry "Thank you", nothing personal, nothing warm, like she used to be. Hard to see another explanation, but that someone else got from her the account and that this person doesn't want to admit not being Maeglan, being afraid, that Steam may block the account then.
