Description

We had a really fun rehearsal today, pulling together a couple of scenes from Under the Ice that we haven't been able to rehearse properly over the past weeks: the actress playing the Evil Ice Jellyfish Queen just got married so she's been JUST A BIT BUSY, and my human scene partner (I play a chatty and forgetful Ice Fish) has been in England on a long-scheduled brief trip. Come tomorrow we'll have all three of us in a room at last. This winter has been a scattered and fretful one for most of the performers I know, so it's good to have solid work shaping up well. The show opens on April 11, and that's sneaking up on us quickly!

This is an old key, newly revealed, and should work like new. If you have trouble with it, please let me know.

Thank you for the chance

Sorry about it, hopefully you will recover soon...
Or maybe you meant... it's your wish...in that case it's very rude

Huh? How is that rude? I'm sorry if it was meant as ironic, but here's the wiki page that explains it if it's not.

Ha! I guess it is a weird comment for people who aren't familiar with it and come from other cultures. Fear not, I took it in the spirit you offered.

No worries! Now you know. And you can tell your friends what the crazy Americans and English say for good luck when their shows open. (I usually go with "Merde," the sensible French alternative.)

You're welcome ^^ I've known that idiom for so long I forgot it seemed a bit weird to me too at first haha
But then as Linus pointed, I'm used to the weird french version that goes in kinda the same direction, so it never felt that weird.

That's so great you had fun all together since a long time. I wish more days like that to you in the future. And remember: whatever comes - for good. Good luck in the actual show if needed
Here's little something for you 🍏

Thanks! I've known some of the actors in this show for a few years, others are new friends.
