There is no such rule in your site , I demand either somehow the game should be provided or a punishment as there are tons of people like these.I disagree on your rushed and light decision.

I have nothing more to say , this happens for the 2nd time on this site and a couple of times on other sites , you guys should change your policies because its unfair at best.Since I dont care anymore and you are gonna do whatever you want since you dont gave any rules , sure do whatever.
You do however understand that this user can buy the game without a ticket or buy it from another site.You're not gonna punish a person for that only because he made a giveaway? How about someone make 30 like these and give different reasons for it.Well played.
