Sorry for the issue. I tried providing a new key but it didn't work as you said. I think it's better to mark it as "not received" as it might cause an issue with steamgifts.

If you create a giveaway with this key again, specify in the description that the key will not work in Kazakhstan and possibly in Russia and the CIS.
