I think you can play single player as well, by having your own server. I've turned into a bit of a survival-crafting junkie lately, but I don't have this one yet. Fingers crossed.

Reading a bit more about this game, it sounds like the sort of thing my nephew would play forever... :) The online, survival, open world, crafting, boobies, pvp, all it's missing is dinosaurs or zombies... :) Guess you can't have everything...
Which means it's completely the wrong sort of thing for me to play... :) Should have saved my money... :) Oh well...

I don't know - it looks like the sort of game you couldn't pay me to play, but someone said there's a single-player option available - so maybe that would help? But I think you're right - this sort of game is meant to be played online, with other people, otherwise you're probably missing the whole point. Oh well.
Here's a question: do you really think all 600 people trying to win it would actually play it? :)
